Planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of an organization's fundraising initiatives. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to secure financial support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set fundraising targets and timelines.
Fundraising:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, businesses, and foundations.
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
Write grant proposals and secure grants from foundations and government agencies.
Donor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors.
Communicate effectively with donors, keeping them informed about the organization's projects and impact.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the development budget.
Monitor and report on fundraising progress and financial metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in fundraising, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fundraising techniques, donor relations, and grant writing.

Digital Marketing

We are looking for help with Digital Marketing for our Nonprofit Organization. Organize marketing schedules. Help promote projects. Knowledge and appreciation of automation. Emails, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Create ads and solicit for volunteers and donors.

Lead Projects Specialist

Currently seeking a Lead Projects Specialist to volunteer with our organization. This position will offer opportunities for personal growth and a chance to make a noteworthy difference in the lives of others around the world.
Job Summary
The Lead Projects Specialist will balance people contact with logistics and email/data management. They will spend a large percentage of their day communicating with volunteers and project host. The Lead Project Specialist will work with many 8 groups each year. They will take each group through the full project cycle.
Qualifications
Good writing skills, ability to work independently, organized, on time, self-starter, detail oriented, strong people skills, and good computer skills.
Areas of Responsibility
Coordinate mission trip opportunities to individuals and groups. Work with churches, schools, family groups and others to organize successful mission experience.
Responsibilities of the Group Projects Specialist:

Build and Restore International (BRI) want’s to make it possible for us to take something home and share it with others in our circle of influence. We’ve all been there. You attend an inspirational youth rally or a Bible camp meeting, become inspired to do something great, and then go home and wonder what’s next?
The BRI Ambassador initiative aims to encourage volunteers to share their mission experience at their local churches, schools, and place of employment to inspire others to support mission work and, most importantly, get involved in serving others. BRI will provide some training resources, feedback, and tools to help make your efforts successful throughout the year. BRI has been committed to organizing volunteers in service all around the world.
